Jack Marshall, founder of Marshall Pool & Spa LLC, has over 35 years’ of pool design and construction experience. After many years of designing and building pools and spas for contractors in California, Florida, and the Washington, DC, area, he started Marshall Pool & Spa LLC in 2003. Jack works directly with the clients, designing the project, and personally oversees all aspects of the construction.
Each pool we build is custom-designed; working closely with the customer to ensure the final product is exactly as envisioned. We do not have a “standard pool package” as there is no “standard” pool. Each pool is a reflection of the house and its owner.
